In late 1990s Germany, where basketball, hip-hop, and breakdancing reign supreme, awkward Tamu envies the effortless cool of his friend Obi. But when Obi trains him to pass as an American soldier; turning pretense into popularity; Tamu soon faces the challenge of keeping up the act without losing himself in the illusion.
